yes olive oil can be a wonderful part of your diet. monounsaturated fat is a very good source of energy, it boosts your metabolism, and it is also good for hormone production.

i take about 6tbls of olive oil and 6 of natural PB easy way to add about 1200cals a day

Yeah, you can say MAYBE about anything. MAYBE he is wasting away from a slowly growing tumor. MAYBE he has a tapeworm. Not a particularly helpful observation. I don't pretend to diagnose him, I provide general advice about a balanced approach that works in the general population of people in our hobby based on my reading.

Every few days I make a bowl of tuna dip ( about 10 cans of drained tuna, relish, miracle whip, horseradish ). I then eat this on ritz crackers over the next few days. What is really good is when you poor some olive oil over the part you are about to eat. The taste is awesome. I am going through alot of olive oil doing this. Healthy fats are essential for Test production. If you are aren't getting enough you will be low on test. Every since I started eating olive oil in bulk I am getting bigger, and stronger ( and not in the fat kind of way ).

No I don't notice any difference in my libido. Just felt healthier and noticing gains are coming much easier than before.
