When you get drunk, you know afterwards you've been talking only bullshit while drunk. On weed, you believe you're a genius while everyone around you knows you talk shit.

I did a couple of years of dope, it makes you lethargic and demotivated to do any physical.
Good for watching comedies, listening to music, wasting time or kinky sex but it defnitly does not get my vote when it comes to weight training.

Oh yeah for the natural guy it helps your body make estrogen.
Maybe they is why we are so bitchy when the dope starts wearing off ;)

I could see it as masking the effects of a particularly rough session...but it saps your will and there's a reason they call it dope.
If you want real, natural relaxation: Call your g/f or b/f and tell 'em to go to work on you. Best. Endorphins. Ever. :)
