Title: Dried Fruit good to snack on?

I got a big bag of nuts and dried fruit, im tryin to keep carbs low, is the fruit healthy carbs. Its like raisins, prunes and dates

VERY high concentrated sugar (fructose) content. Not a good choice.  Sorry.

moderate amounts of fruit spaced throughout the day is an excellent way to preserve muscle mass and speed fat metabolism when going low carb.
