I can relate to what hes saying to an extent. Obviously not as seriously as Mike, yet it can still be tough. Limited foods, eating different meals and eating at different times than your family. And as Mike said perfectly "then the comments start..."

yep, and no matter how well you try and explain what and why we do these things, all we get in return is more questions/comments or they simply just roll their eyes >:(

yes it nvere ends. it feels like meal time when im eating with other people the whole meal is all just talking to me about food.. .. fucking chumps.. thye gte confused.. like lets say were eating hamburgers. well first off ill hahave my own plate that i will make and cook because i will get 90 % lean beef and make it using low calorie barbecue sauce and flax seed and garlic and egg whites/// but ill have a plate of idk 6-8 fairly sized burgers and i will also have a salad and maybe a napkin full of cashews/almonds... and ill eat alot of that. but they will be like, oh come on just TRY a french frie.. and i am just like no thanks. "just try it" they say. no fucking thanks ! lol... and they are looking at me like im crazy for caring about a frrench fry after eating that huge amount of burgers... mother fuckers probably have no clue what a carb/ fat/ protein is..

Thats what i have to keep telling myself. I explain to them what i eat, whats in it and why i eat it, but then they just looked confused and i realise that they probably have no fucking clue what im talking about.
I guess that when u get into bodybuilding we just take all the info that we learn for granted. One of the things i love about bb'ing. Ive learnt so much about nutrition and training. And these are skills and knowledge that will help in life.

I'm sure things will improve when you're old enough to move out of your parents house.

I wouldn't even bother explaining it. Just say that you like to it like that.
When i go out eating or a family meal or something, i just try to take more meat and limit the carbs/fat somewhat. Drink a glass as well and i take a desert. Kinda consider it cheat meals, unless you are prepping for a comp there's no point in eating 100% "clean" all the time anyway.
