Arnold certainly was a beast.
If there were an Arnold Board we could all marvel and discuss the incredible feats of strength that he performed over the years...

He was a big believer in cheats but I doubt they were usually the ridiculous reverse cleans there. Probably just for the camera and/or due to youthful inexperience at the time, during an event. Not effective and fairly dangerous. Other guys today can move that type of weight much more easily with decent form.

exactly cheat curls were always a fav of arnie...but i very much doubt that was they way he regularly did them.
i have seen a youtube video of magnus samuelsson doing curls with 140kg for a few reps. (lee priest claims he has done it too...is he lying or not? you never know with lee)

ehhhh i like a bit of swaying and cheating when training alone, as i think it helps to reach a point of failure you couldnt reach alone without the cheat/sway...
but that is plain rediculous
