Lot of people say that puking after a leg workout is an ultimatie leg workout.
To me it looks no good for the body.
How do you guys think about this ?

puke is good if you want to train in peace and stop people from bothering you and train between sets no ?

i dont think you have to puke after a intense leg workout when you plan your meals correct.

That is the key, right there.
I don't eat heavy meals within 2 hours of a leg workout. Usually, just a met-Rx/protein shake, maybe a banana and an oatmeal packet. Even then, it is possible that it may come up.....
