I use a 5-6 day training week. Work out every bodypart only ONCE during that time frame, take either Sunday, or Saturday and Sunday off.
Big bodyparts the first three days, 1) legs, 2) chest and 3) back. Shoulders arms and calves the next three days. If I take both Saturday and Sunday off I skipp calves, because theys tay the same size whether I train them or not (20 inches).
Repeat.

After 1.5 yrs of a four day split I just switched back to 5. Really feel good about the change. Tried the 3/1 split for a while... lost to much weight and was always tired.

Even when I WAS using jucice in the 80's, it was never more than 350mg/week.

For the record, after I would come off a cycle, back in the 80's, I still hit the gym everyday, and my entire system was shut down and weak as shit. But I liked to train so i did it.
Today if I hit the juice I would stop training for the first month off the sauce.....

The ONLY time a person needs juice is if they are doing a show or competition, otherwise there is no need.
