Not only doing an excellent job on here and being a true fan of pure bodybuilding and physical betterness, the kid is getting leaner and more defined by the day; all naturally with self motivation as his only "drug". A lot of dellusionites on here could learn from Flexington, including me.

Truly inspiring.

No pressure but can't wait to see some final pics.  Sick 28" waist with wide shoulders and low attachments full belly arms.

haha! U know my waist is smaller than 28 inches  ;)

Thanks for the words bro, it only fuels my motivational fire to bring my body to levels that it hasnt been before.  ;D

But I am getting some major help from somebody, so he gets about 99% of the credit.

Congrats! It isnt easy, especially getting the motivation and lifestyle change... as we know...

Thanx Jeffro, its definetely a work in progress. Im not where i want to be by any means, but im making progress, which is very very nice ! :0

Thank  you great one. Changing the lifestyle was tough, but now that its done, it aint that bad, and im going to stick with it.

Ron, how do you like the changes to the positive board ???
