Hey y'all, got a quick question I'd like some opinions on...
What's a good way to control weight that requires a minimum of physical activity? I recently sustained a knee injury, and that plus a current job situation are preventing me from doing cardio (and frequently, eating) like I should. I am the kind of person whos weight will explode if I don't activily work at keeping it down.
So what is a good temporary fix here? Clenbuterol? Upper-end thermogenic diet pills? Something else?
Thanks for the input y'all.

DIET.
Consider your current activity level and restrict your calories to something less than you are expending per day, on average.
If you can't find the time to work out, you are going to at least need to find the time to eat properly. You can't just take some clen or some pills and do nothing else.

Does Clen help though?

Does Clen help though?
Well, it's a fat burner, so I would imagine that it would help. I don't know anything about its effectiveness alone, without diet/training involved though.
I don't really recommend using those kinds of quick fixes...even if you lose weight by just taking clen and doing nothing else, you will rebound...it will come right back when you are off the clen if you don't change other aspects of your lifestyle.

fats and starches = energy
you dont use energy, you dont take energy
eat lean proteins and veggies

you meant quick fix I'll assume and not temporary ???
you can lose weight and put even more back on if you don't change your habits
how about swimming ? sit-ups ? plus you can move the rest of your body enough just sitting still to burn off a low calorie low fat diet without stressing your knee
fatburners aren't like magic pills , plus I may be wrong but they are meant to AID in the loss not be the only weapon you use

For sho, maybe you should look into the reasons why you are the type of person to explode if you arent physically active. Taking clen or any other fat burning supplements should be next to last in a diet regimen and most ppl probably wouldnt need them at all if their diet was good.
EAT BETTER...Lean meats and veggies like dizzle said, i dont mind carbs and think they have their place but if your not physically active then you might want to limit them somewhat.
