I was doing leg presses the other day and pull what seemed to be my inner thigh or inner quad. It hurt for about 3 days pretty good then all the sudden I woke up on the 4th day and felt fine. I went to brush my teeth and saw the largest purple bruise I have ever seen on my inner thigh. Leg feels fine, just a little tight. I haven't done legs yet since. I'm wondering whats going on.
