if you could only do 2 exercises for your upper-body what would they be?
-
chinups, shoulderpresses
-
Weighed dips and chins
-
1. Deadlifts - without straps to involve bis and forearms more, also hits hams
2. Dumbell / Benchpress - hits the chest directly and tris and delts indirectly
If you're short on time that should cover it pretty well, also add squats for legs and you got almost everything hit with only 3 exercises.

Weighted Dips

Gayer than Chin ups and Bench press

1) DB pullover and press
2) Rack cleans and press.
Very close second two best for me:
3) Dips..weighted
4) Chins...hammer medium grip...weighted.
Feel free to fill in: Gayer than .......................?
Good Luck.
