adex half life , from what i gather, is about 3 days? (correct me if this is wrong, as there seems to be contradcions among the various sources of info)
so, instead of taking .5 mg per day, one could take 1 mg eod and see very similar results ?
true or no?

for what it's worth, i haven't used armidex or even steroids, but it seems like everyone in bodybuilding does things differently, since our bodies are all different
why not try 1 mg eod and compare it to the results you get from .5 mg ed
or even try a different overall dosage, like .5 or .75 mg eod, or half that ed
then again maybe just wait for the response of someone who actually has experience

i aprreciate the thoughts dude. im not one to descriminate on knowledge without experience.
the thing is that i have 1mg tablets, but they are super small and i dont want to try to break them in half; or thats what i would do (i like smaller more consistant doses in all thingz..i think its just more stable)

actually it could be a bit less than 2 days (by a few hours) but since i am clueless as you have said uncountable times, you shouldnt follow my info ;)

I personally liked taking 0.5-1mg every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday while on cycle.

Get a pill cutter from you local drug store. I use one for my Aromasin pills, which are tiny and it works great.

Hey candi, I tried changing things up with adex to help with estrogenic sides and 1mg a can be slightly rough. .5mg a day is a lot more user friendly unless you're running into some high estrogen.
When I noticed estrogenic sides I'd take .5mg for two or three days, take a day off, .5mg, off and then another day with .5mg and I'd be pretty much good to go. I'm not sure where you're running but half a tab is generally good enough. A full tab or 1mg (I know it comes in liquid form too) can be a little much if taken at once.
I really love adex. Letro is much too powerful and if you overshoot with that, it's easy to REALLY overshoot the dose. But adex is cheaper I think, and a lot more user friendly. You should be disappointed with smaller doses each day, for a couple or a few days. Let us know how it goes. 8)
