I don't believe in them.
I think it's government ops. Anything can be a UFO. Government agencies are so far ahead in technology who knows what they have.
-
yeah, much of what they are talking about could easily be some cool spacecraft we're testing.
There are examples of crafts doing nonhuman things - climbing at impossible rates, etc.
Those could be holograms/projection weapons. One of the most effective things you can do in war is make the enemy's sky look like 10,000 planes are in the air. They'll shoot their load of anti-aircraft weapons at ghosts, and your 100 planes will have plenty of cover to hit whatever targets they'd like.
We don't know what is being flown there, and honestly, it doesn't affect us. If it's UFOs, or if its' some cool craft, or a war projection system, I could care less. It doesn't affect price of gas or mcgriddles, so it doesn't matter to me.

I think that's the perfect place to hide the truth

It is weird that L. King is showing this on tv there have been many mainstream reports of aliens/ufo sightings this year. Find it to be odd so much is being made out of it now.

if you notice - he's showing a lot of High Quality videos
I think it's all part of a worldwide, institutionalized disclosure process
I think the world govt. is getting impatient and nervous
-
hard to say. It's easier for them (governments) to deny things when weird shit happens than tell the truth.
Doubt the US gov. will ever disclose anything. Too much will be lost if they do.
I would love to see all the advanced technology the Brits and US government have. It will never happen though.

I agree that the US govt. will never disclose anything. It appears different factions in our govt. even hide the truth from each other. I do think that other world govts. are and will continue to leak information.

I'm not sure, you have to admit that the missile test where the military calls the Filmer in and questions him to see if they did something is pretty odd. Where they basically watch a craft approach the missile in flight and shoot a "beam" of light at it twice maneuvering around the missile. And that happened in the 60's or something if I remember right? I know we're ahead of the technology disclosed publically, but that's a bit advanced for the 60's I think.

we can't even do that in the present time.

The government has been helped by Aliens?
On what premise? Got any literature on the matter?

Huh? You kick me like a dog? Every discussion in which concerns the two of us you come out the worse off.
My responce was actually that of intrigue, do you believe the governments of the World have had access to alien technology? Do you have any resources I can read?

I think the belief is that after the crash in 1947 (in which army personnel immediately released confirmation of an alien spacecraft and body recovery, then changed stories 24 hours later), our technology capacity grew exponentially.
It's possible. If there was an advanced craft, we would have reverse-engineeded the shit out of it. And the rocket age did immediately follow the 1947 crash.

Sorry old man, the rocket age had little to do with that craft. Research the history of the rocket (German invention).
Also, for distances we're talking about conventional rockets wouldn't be used for propulsion.
The rest is feasible, although I chose to believe flirting with being fictitious.
-

that's some odd shit there, and that guy seemed very serious about what happened.

I wonder why that army press guy would release details on a crashed craft in 47. He must have been a CT nut.

I'm just saying the development of the rocket was mutually exclusive to the crash in 47. The modern rocket as we know it has its main roots from German and earlier developments, during the 1920's.

PF, what did you think of the story about the intercepted missile test described in the larry king interview? I thought that was pretty telling really.

Guys - these incidents have all be described before, most notably in a movie called Out of the Blue. You can also Google The Disclosure Project and see testimony from hundreds of people in the military and avaition who have nothing to gain and much to lose by coming forward. I just think it's interesting that King did (by my count) 3 shows this month about UFO and he agrees that a serious government investigation should be done. I've noticed that other old timers like Peter Jennings and Walter Cronkite also have a serious interest in the subject. Perhaps they were required to supress so many stories over the years that they realized there might be some truth to this subject.

that is really interesting.
another story not widely known on the boards is Daniel Sheehan, Chief counsel for civil litigation in the Iran-Contra affair and Chief counsel in the Karen Silkwood case. He tells an amazing story where he was asigned by a researcher asigned by Congress to find out what the Vatican had on UFOs as Sheehan was counsel for the Jesuit Priests here in America. He was turned down flat by the Vatican so they turned to the DOD and went after records from Bluebook. They expected to be turned down again but to their surpise Sheehan was allowed access for the investigation initiated by Congress. No recordings or notepads allowed, he could go in, look all he wanted and leave, that's it. The story he tells of the documents are "out of this world"

The Vatican supposedly has an intense interest in the ufo phenomena. Maybe they know something that the rest of us don't know about
and Bluebook was supposedly a govt. whitewash to mollify the public. They were completely understaffed and most of the really good cases never even made it to them.

I know that this guy gained access to all the classified material from bluebook. He describes going through photos of a military recovery of a downed craft and by the description, it sounded pretty out of this world. What I also found interesting was the Vatican didn't say sorry we don't have any such material, they denied access to the material.
