McCain finalizes, then cancels oil rig trip

Just over an hour after firming up plans to visit a Gulf oil rig, candidate puts off the visit due to weather.
mccain scheduled a visit to an oil rigging plant near the hurricane.
he knew for a week the hurricane would be there. Yet he plans then cancels a plan to visit.
Is Mccain so desperate for attention that he's making up travel adventures to oil rigs in the middle of hurricanes, only to cancel?
