Post by: Dreadlord on August 03, 2008, 07:08:09 AM: The legal woes of former Ultimate Fighting Championship title holder, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson may have just taken a turn for the worse as a Huntington Beach woman who was involved in the hit and run crash with the fighter has miscarried her baby according to a report from the Daily Pilot newspaper.

According to the report on the newspaper’s website, Holly Griggs, 38, was driving her 2007 Cadillac Escalade in the left lane of the southbound 55 Freeway on July 15 when the former UFC champion sideswiped her as he was driving along the median.

Rampage is going to end up paying cash no question in lawsuits, but could ~~Dana's~~ the Ferrtitas lawyers keep him out of jail at this point, that's saying if they even lend a hand.

I served in the military with a guy who shared a similar story with page road rage except he had been drinking also. The woman in his incident had a miscarriage also.....he is now in prison for a long while.

but then think about rams DE leonard little..killed someone while DUI and he got probation.

This can easily turn into a strong arm situation for rampage vs ufc. We'll take care of the legal stuff (settle for disclosed amount with victim), you do the probation..etc BUT you OWE us big time so you will be fighting for dirt cheap on this "new" 5 fight contract.

Take it or go broke while doing time.

YES It could be considered involuntary manslaughter..man it does not look good :-\
