Thought you guys would like to see some 5 week out pics of King. He's 268 in these pics. Sorry that these aren't kitchen quality pics. ;D
-
looks good, looks to be in good shape for 5 weeks out, still has those crazy delts and traps.
-
Hey Jim, can you tell King to put his arms down a bit in the front relaxed pose...you got to admit it looks silly no matter who exaggerates this pose.

I will and have. ;D I think that his delts look way better by lowering his arms bout 2 inches. Old habits die hard.
-
King has always had some crazy torso thickness, monster lats, chest, delts and traps, almost Haney like.
-
looks really good
legs are impressive
midsection looks good too
-
little more arm size and quad sweep and he'd have been a top tier pro.

Workin on it. Biceps are way improved and before I tell you how, here's another pic that I think shows how they are coming along.
-
much much improved. his midsection has definetely come down and in that side chest thats the best his biceps have looked in his pro career.
Great job King! And who ever is training you is doing alright as well :)

J,
Those are awesome.
Think there’s any chance King will come on here some time after the show and discuss a little bit of what he did to prepare this time round?

Yea what the hell! Kings kitchen is legendary! I need to hire the architect who designed that house to put the same lighting in my kitchen lol

Who the hell is this handsome guy??? Oh shit it's me! Just kidding around meatheads. 5 weeks out, 268 pounds and going strong. It's amazing what happens when you stop taking insulin and go back to low carbs/crazy cardio and good old suffering... You look like a world class bodybuilder again. To attain the "look" that will be top 3 at the AC I will need to drop 4.5 pounds of fat while keeping the freaky size I've attained. Sounds easy but note that I did not say 4.5 "pounds" I said 4.5 pounds of "fat". That's what separates Dexter Jackson/Phil Heath from the rest of the crowd. I can do it, I've done it before and I am close to doing it again. Here is a couple of responses to your comments:
* I will drop my arms a bit in the front relaxed.. On stage is where I shine especially in the symmetry round.. Thanks for looking out.
* A comparison to Haney is always welcomed.. Thanks.
* Both biceps and triceps and gone through a major transformation and in time Disgusted will explain in detail.
* Size is there and now it's time to shred the glutes.. Once my ass is striated the package will be hard to beat. And of course the posing routine will be off the chain (that's the easy part).
More updates are to come and in 2 weeks I will post some pics from stage that will give a great preview of what's to come..

good luck man, hope you do some damage, you're a hard worker.

Workin on it. Biceps are way improved and before I tell you how, here's another pic that I think shows how they are coming along.
Tell us about the biceps Disgusted, I'm interested in hearing this.
-
Absolutely.
Fantastic!
It's with great interest that I look forward to it.
Thank you.
And King,
I’m certainly not the first one to say this – and I hopefully won’t be the last – it’s great to have you back here.
Best of luck these next few months!
-
Damn King the bi's look great !!!! That's rare for a seasoned pro to get that type of improvement. Good luck @ at AC man!!
-
OK, off to bed, but a quick response as to the improvements to King's arms, escpecially in his biceps. Thru out the years King has lifted hard and heavy and in my opinion because of this type of training sometimes too heavy he has produced tiny micro tears in his biceps especially. King is and has been for some time undergoing some very deep torturous muscle massage by from what I understand is a half crazed oriental man. ;D These type of deep tissue massages are breaking up this old scar tissue and often times resulting in some very serious bruising that I have seen for myself. His biceps are slowly taking back their old shape. When scar tissue forms there is a contraction involved which makes the muscle appear shorter and a less fuller look. King is obviously training lighter, but still intensely. This is also being done with some of his other muscle groups but since the damage was greatest to his biceps this is obviously where he is seeing the most improvements.

your a genius jim!
-
King hasn't looked this good in years.
We shall see where he ends up.
Good luck King.
-
HOLY SHIT :o
I think this might be King's best look EVER!!!!! His arms have changed DRASTICALLY!!!!
And King, I actually like how you have your arms in the front relaxed, I do a similar thing when competing, I think it does a better job to bring out the lats.
But then again who am I to give advice to the Pros.
Best King EVER in my opinion!!!! NICE!!!
-
Wow I didn't even know he was still competing. It looked for a while like King was washed up but he has made some great improvement. Props to King.
-
Yo King, how about that apology? Just address it to all of Getbig. Thanks.
-
King looks great there but the best he ever looked was 2001, i remember the pics from the 01 issue of Flex that had the 2001 AC coverage and there was a big article on him in it, the pics in that article is when he looked his best.
-
Yo King, how about that apology? Just address it to all of Getbig. Thanks.
Let by gones be by gones danny. :)
disgusted, I remember awhile back Jay Cutler was having those deep tissue brutal massages on his back, some lady with a plastic tool was cramming it in him....would you suggest that as something to do for every body part?
-
Thanks again meatheads.. It's all coming together. Like I said 4.5 pounds of fat to lose and the conditioning will match the mass. On my "vengeance" DVD I introduce Master James my massage therapist and a sample of what he puts me through. It has made a significant change to the shape of the muscle but nothing will take the place of just plain hard work. I'll be dropping my carbs by 100 grams per day this week coming up and that will take an additional 1.6 - 2 pounds of fat off by next Saturday... A tremendously hard task but I can do it. The hunger pains are off the charts from 8:00 pm to Midnight but that's what separates the roosters from the hens. Thanks again for the props..
-
that rear lat spread is freaky W-I-D-E. :o
-
Unreal lat spread!
Good luck King!
8)
-
yea that is a pretty sick lat spread, its wide, and i can see the hammies are starting to shred up as well.
-
king has good size

GREAT JOB KING...
Size; you never had the problem with, can hang with the best! Please just bing back that crazy conditioing that you are known for, that made you a Pro, that conditioning that the other competitors have feared, you know that conditioning...
Wishing you and your family the best, and stay strong...mind&body!
-
didn't King do the AC, Ironman AND the Olympia in 2001? as i recall he looked absolutely tremendous for all three of those shows, beat Dexter at the AC if i remember correctly and only Ronnie, DJ and Cormier beat him at that one and finished 10th at his first Olympia, if he could get back to that physique it would be unreal.
-
I have to admire how King has refused to give up where others of lesser determination would have packed it in long ago. If you still have passion for this, at this point, then more props to you Mr. Kamali. You do seem to be showing improvement, so good luck to you and hope you do well.

Plus, he didn't kill a chick and set her on fire in his wife's car trunk out in the middle of a Nevada desert.
Keep it going King.
-
Again thanks to all for the "lat spread" props.. That's a pose that I was blessed with from the big man above.
BigAnt: I hear you brother but you know the game.. One can never have too much size especially with the new standards. No excuses from me, the past few years have been ups and downs and way too much experimentation with useless theories and too much Slin. I learned a lot from Milos last year (truly the MIND) and disgusted has brought my mind set back to the Haney/Gaspari/Demay era (SUFFERING). You will see a version of King Kamali in 2 weeks at my guest posing appearance. I agree with you 100% about the conditioning. They use to fear me and they will once more.
Very crucial week coming up. True Iron Warriors know what it takes to bring it down to under 9 pounds of body fat.. I'm on it!

Kill on the Brachialis and Triceps and you will have some very good arms.........and yes you are a GREAT poser always entertaining
-
King-do u still train w/ that kid that puked during the leg workout-i think he was a dock worker or something-he was in a mag article w/ u
thanks

michael arvilla: You've had my back since day one.. I"m going to bring it.. I'm in a zone.
CT_Muscle: Will do. Both those muscle groups have been in the Reconstruction zone. 5 weeks is a lifetime in bodybuilding. Double sessions + deep/deep tissue work and proper posing and I will be good.
NaturalWonder83: The "kid" you refer to is now attending Arizona State University and has gained 62 pounds since I first met him. It's amazing what hard work does to a warrior heart. Yes he puked his ass off but he never quit.
Going to sleep brothers.. More updates are coming leading up to the AC and Olympia.

Not if it isn't something that would benifit the muscle being worked on. If you have scar tissue of any kind then yes. You have to be careful when applying that kind of pressure especially to the back area as there are IMO too many nerves to be jamming something like that close to the spine.

Man that's what I'm talking about!!! Old school training, Old school dieting and Old school suffering........looking like the bodybuilders of old, big, separated and SHREDDED. Jim and I have had MANY MANY discussions about this and I think it's safe to say we both agree OLD SCHOOL is best. Great going King, I for one am pulling for you 8)
-
10 Weeks out??????Are you on a Different Planet????? He has it exactly Right He needs to Drop a few Pounds then he will Carb Up and look Drier!!!!!!!!!!!As for his Midsection Slin Misuse/Abuse whatever But it also Depends on the Amount of Carbs he has Throughout the Day as this can also Bloat you,

SKY IS THE LIMIT.

Good luck mate, The King is back!!
-
Cool thread 8)
-
Looking great - especially regarding the lighting.

-
chaos: More to come for sure brother.. Magnum is on my ass!
The Coach: You know it dog! The reason no one does it the old school way anymore is simple, IT'S TOO FUCKING HARD! Magnum and I have a vision and it's getting there.
RYAN1: You are spot on with your comments. I will be protein only for that last 36 hours.. There will be no bloat ;)
Alex23: BEYOND REPAIR.... I just pissed my spandex laughing. It's all good bro.. I will ready!
webcke: 747 taking off!! Thanks for the love.
_bruce_: What lighting?? It was cloudy and shitty outside :).. Thanks for the support.
-
Here are a few pics from the gym. Magnum wanted to see some pics when I was at maximum pump in the gym. Starting to look LUMPY without flexing. All that heavy ass training is starting to pay off. The mass will be crazy and so will the ripples. Still in a zone.

wow king looks like you've bringing your physqiue back to where it was when your turned pro ( which was your absolute best)
And i know with disgusteds plan, you'll be bringing the oh my god that fucker is ripped to shreds look to the stage. :o
-
Cant beat your work ethic King. Front lat spread and side thigh are definately your strongpoints.
-
VERY GOOD GYM PICTURES!
At times, we all have experimented...looking for that extra degree, the final polish, the secret. Now YOU know the only secret is hard work, drive and dedication...Pushing for those last two reps when the body says stop, but the minds says go! Suffering with the diet, fighting for life the late night hunger pangs. And it seems like "endless" cardio sessions that make your balls sweat!
You always had and still have the tools to be a top Pro...Work ethic, brought to you and installed in you by your parents, and you still carry that work ethic VERY strongly (no pun intesnded)
Freaky size with razor sharp/dry conditioing and the best posing routine ever...sounds like KING KAMALI to me! Bringing it back old school..and loving it!
-
DAMN THAT BACK IS JUST SICK SICK BIG!!!!!! King will be skydiving with how wide he is getting!!! AWESOME!!!
Legs are much improved too, very noticeable! Excellent work King!!!
P.S. King, I just shot you an E-mail, not sure if I got the right one or not, kingkamali@hotmail.com

-

-
King. The back is looking SICK!!!! Hope you dial it in for showtime. Are you going to keep the same crazy posing routines or are you going for a classic routine?
Good luck man. The AC is starting to get real good. It's probably the 4th best show of the year afer the O, Arnold and Ironman. If you do get top three will we see you in the O?
موفقیت خوب ومن شماراتمامی بهترین آرزومی نمام

flexingtonsteele: I hear you brother.. I'm on the job and I'm on a mission.
davidpaul: I agree and I am doing my best to add my back double bicep to that list.
BigAnt: DAMN.. You got me fired up bro.. And I could have not said it better myself... Or as my father likes to say: "Suffering is good."
BIG ACH: Much appreciated.. And that is my correct email address.
QuakerOats: You got that right brother.. I am ver, very tired and I will need a long rest after this is done.
Jeffro: Thanks for the love.
Stavios: Vegas baby.. See you in Sin City ;)
bigbobs: and a grest smile.
mon_of_steele: Still under construction but things are looking very good right now. The routine will be insane.. As always.
-
Man, from the side shots, King's thighs look like they are two feet thick!
-
Training shoulders tonight at the gym. As you can see I am about burst with "fullness" and that is a result of Disgusted's sodium loading and that amazing "orange drink". I'm fucking tired both mentally and physically but I am also posessed. 2 pounds of fat by Saturday and I will be one happy freak!

Jesus man you're looking way improved!
I remember kinda crashing in on your group at the NOC a few years back. That was the year you did the "Titus belly" on stage. Your parents were there and were really cool to talk to. I bought TP & Chick desert, but you were in the zone & didn't eat anything IIRC.
Good luck to you at the AC!

waxy maize can be purchased in the US....i use it and love it.....i am not anywhere near the big boys but
for once i can carb load post workout and not have my belly blow up like a balloon....i think the maize actually
does the opposite of bloat, i feel much tighter
dextrose and malto just made me puffy
-
Kamali, I have always been a fan ou yours, seriously. I know you fucked up a few times playing around with various diets and supplement plans to bring you best, 'cause unlike some BB you work and diet ur ass off. I respect that big time, I also love your passion for the sport, your not in it just for the money you actually love the sport. Keep it up because you have a nice physique. Have you ever tried the Dave Palumbo diet??? Good luck, your biggest fan.

PANDAEMONIUM: Giving it all I got right now. The new size is starting to surprise even me. My off-season cloths are still fitting snugly.. Disgusted and Milos are the brains behind the mass.
Rearden Metal: Thanks.. Still long way to go.
wes: You know it brother... Suffering is good.
RYAN1: I did that when I worked with Chad.. Waxy' is the new hype.
mon_of_steele: If I knew I would have already packaged, mass produced and banked in on it. Disgusted is the man to talk to.
Polska_Sensation: Appreciate the love and respect. I made the mistake of trying to please others when I should have been doing it for me.. I'm back and I'm on a mission.
flexingtonsteele: I hear you and I've got the blinders on.. Old School Baby!

it's really cool to have King back in here 8)
-
King,
By looking at your five weeks out pics, i was thinking to myself.
What took you so long to bring it down a few notches and to stop trying to get bigger and playing "the size game" as you've been doing the past couple of years??
When you get so big, is it hard to come down in size, and do certain weights like below 250lbs seem small when your over 300lbs in the offseason?? Is it more mental than anything else??
Im just wondering what it is from your point of view.
Thanx in advance for your answer.
-
King,
Long time fan few questions :
I loved the longer haircut you use to have when you turned pro and in your first DVD, you looks much better and fresher with it, it was longer on top and longer on the sides, can you grow it out like that again?
Who did your gyno surgery, took a few year to look perfect, guess scar tissue disappearing, but just wondering on surgeon?
Keep up the hard work brother!
jt
-
Stavios: Thanks again... A new King and new outlook.
flexingtonsteele: Good question.. It had nothing to do with "trying to get bigger" that's just the nature of the game. Bodybuilding has changed dramatically and I have been going with the flow. Insulin, IGF-1 LR3, massive amounts of GH, etc.... It's all new. I was raised on the oils in the off-season, water based in the pre-contest, and eat like a bird the last few weeks until you feel like you are about to die. I tried it all and came to the conclusion that the best method is good old suffering. I think of Gaspari and I get fired up. When he started he had no chance with his genetics...Really? He ended up pushing Haney to the limits on several occasions with his warrior heart. My circle is complete and I am coasting into the next tear.
jtsunami: Thank you for the compliment on my hair but I like it better like this. And Dr. Freedman was my surgeon.
bigbobs: I could not give a rats ass about the two... Obama has my vote. ;)
-
I give up. What's in this "Orange Drink"?
x2 please! 8)

who is disgusted?

King, your honesty is quite impressive and has won a lot of respect on this thread. Also best of King I've seen since 2005; a New King.
Two questions:
Did become a father changed your view on bodybuilding?
Are there still things between you and Georg Farrah?

could'nt agree more.....
keep it up king!

YoungBlood: Wish I knew.. I'm sure Disgusted will clear things up when he has perfected it.. Hang in there and we will all learn from the master.
monstercalves: He is my best friend and adviser..Mr. Jim "Magnum" Magnone.
Alex23: I appreciate it bro.. I am just being King. Bodybuilding is a renegade sport and will always be. I took full advantage of my genetic blessings and showmanship and it took me all the way to the top of the muscle world. Knowing I was going to be a father I started taking steps to ensure wealth and more importantly health so I can enjoy the next phase of my life. I will always be a bodybuilder just not as a human pin cushion. I have no comment about George.
It's lights out for me fellas... Did quads tonight and parking lot lunges.. I'm dead.
-
King will be "stepping on stage" in less than 2 weeks. Our goal is for him too look his all time best. Don't worry bout peaking too early as that is just a matter of calories and that is the easy part. Even though I do not consider King in contest shape he is right on schedule. Just needs to keep doing what he has been.
-
Holy crap thanks for responding to my question King, you are my hero in the bodybuilding world.
-
Does Milos have you drinking his pre, during and post supp drink? How do you like it?
-
jtsunami: Thanks again for the love.
mon_of_steele: I did ffor the Ironman Pro earlier this year. It got me as big as a house.
-
Are you currently sponsored by any supp companies? Last I remember you were with MT. Does that relationship still exist?
-
jtsunami: Thanks again for the love.
mon_of_steele: I did ffor the Ironman Pro earlier this year. It got me as big as a house.
King, get biggers want to know, whats the insulin protocol that u used with milos' workout drinks??
-
mon_of_steele: I am currently signed with Supreme Protein.. A great company and a great boss... A tough guy named KC. MuscleTech is on the clock.. Good poeple.
flexingtonsteele: Big hit before training followed by small burst and another small burst twice daily.

so u were eating about 300-400 grams of carbs on training days id imagine???
What about before the ironman that year. How many grams of carbs did u use to load up on the days leading up to the contest?? Id bet it was a pretty crazy amount.
Also King since u worked with Milos, what do u think about Dennis James going on pro bodybuilding weekly and blaming Milos and his carb loading protocol for his bad placings in the past couple of years. Do u think thats justified?
-
hey King what are your predictions for the Olympia?
-
King, when you retire from competition, what do you plan on doing to stay connected with pro bodybuilding? Supplement deals, stuff like that?
-
hey King what are your predictions for the Olympia?
My prediction?........................PAIN!
-
...I did that when I worked with Chad.. Waxy' is the new hype.
Sorry,
Are you saying you believe that’s all it is – just hype?
Or do you feel it works and lives up to the hype it receives?
I’m not entirely familiar with all of Milos’ workout drinks, but for some reason I thought he included waxy in one or more of them.
Thanks!
-
Maybe we should have an 'Ask Kamali' thread.... ;D

im down for one! are u king ??? ;D

flexingtonsteele: Closer to 450 grams. 3 days out from the Ironman I was trying to "explode" so yes the carb intake was insane but necessary for the task at hand. Milos is a big boya and can handle DJ. As for me, I have no comment.
QuakerOats: I could give a rats ass about Olympia predictions.. It does not matter.
PANDAEMONIUM: Disgusted and John C. of Miami (a long time friend) and I have big plans in the making.. Bill Gates type shit!
michael arvilla: You might laugh now, but soon Myostatin Inhibitors will be on the black market and THAT will be attainable.
Montague: Waxy is a great product and it works.. The hype I was refering to is with the use of insulin and everything that comes with it.
chaos: Not now brother.. Not at 4 weeks out. After the show I will be here to create more Jedi's... I promise.
-

So please do tell 8-12 weeks out, what is in a typical "cutting cycle" or a typical pro, doses of clen, T3, DNP etc..............
-
King,
How do you get rid of excess body hair?
jt
-
So please do tell 8-12 weeks out, what is in a typical "cutting cycle" or a typical pro, doses of clen, T3, DNP etc..............
King has never used DNP and is not taking Clen, but I am sure most if not all do, clen that is. I personally have never worked with anyone who takes DNP.
-

What would be a typical cycle then? Sure diet and cardio are very very important but what "extras" are taken.
AND WHAT'S IN THIS ORANGE DRINK ;D
-
busyB: I'm not competing this weekend... but thanks anyway.
NaturalWonder83: No sweat bro.. I like to stay "human" in the off-season that's why I mentioned McDonald's as one of my meals.
RYAN1: Something like that.. but a bit more complicated.
mon_of_steele: What the fuck is DNP? My cycle is dropping the carbs., increasing the cardio and training like a cornered pitbull... Drugs are not the answer.
jtsunami: ??? ??? ??? Shave.
mon_of_steele: You are asking the wrong man.. Disgusted is the master.
-

So your saying that king is using just good old fashioned diet and cardio :o

DNP, Milos can probably explain that one.
What is your training like right now? Do you live heavy right up to a show? Do you increase reps or sets or drop certain movements? What type of cardio and how long? Do you do HIT cardio or just a steady pace for an hour or so.
Plus. In your next MM article, a nice shoutout to some of us getbiggers would be cool :-)
Good luck man. Nail that diet on time and hopefully you can come in at your best.

The hardest part for me as a trainer is to convince people that it's all diet. Unless you have some kind of metabolic problem which is rare I don't give a monkey's left gonad how much clen gh dnp ect that you take.
Typical fat burners are t3, clen, GH Eca BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't throw in most of these if any until bout 6 to 7 weeks out unless someone is a fatass. King is not liying when he says he cut his carbs back. We upped the cardio and lowered carbs by 100 gr per day this week.

what about the monkeys right gonad???
and i have to agree with you, diet is the most underrated part of getting in shape. Most of your regular joes will go to the gym and get a personal trainer and really think its going to make a difference, but it never does til they change there diet.
u must be onto something jim :) haha

Seeing that a rat's ass is being using way too much. ;D Someday I want to be a personal trainer. :(
-
Back in the day (early 1990's)
we used to be able to tell when the guys were in shape by their faces (Paul Demayo covered up in the gym but with sunken in eyes/looking like death just meant he was ready!)
no DNP no IGF-1 ...........just good ole fashioned hard work and suffering!
A quote Paul said to me once "Those closest to death win!"
King is on the right track to redemption!

You know what Mike, I remember saying that same thing to King not too long ago. Some of those guys were brutal ripped with striations everywhere. Unless the judges chose to reward that look again those days are gone.

well its definetely a good way to bang hot underappreciated by there husband Milfs.

I just think King's "forte" was his crazy conditioning! (which he lost once he turned pro while chasing "size")
if he is to have another chance or "shot at this thing"..............he needs to go back to what made him a pro in the first place!
that kinna conditioning
-

Why isnt that look being rewarded anymore?

X-2!!!
But the times changed a bit, the bigger-bloated guys where getting the nods instead of the ripped-dry symmetrical guys. He knows what to do and what is body is capable...He is back on the RIGHT path, good old hard work, fighting cravings, cardio and intense workouts...drugs can't answer to these things!
AC Pro...can't wait!
-
Dare i say .................no Milos
no Chad
Just Jim and plain ole fashioned gut-busting hard fucking work!
cardio cardio cardio!!
diet your ass off
no bloated distended belly................... ...a ripped freaky hard King
Grainy "Dorian-esque" like!
throw out the fucking scale!
go by the mirror only!
-
get King back to what he looked like in that summer of 2001 issue of Flex with the AC coverage Jim, he looked awesome then.
-
Heres my favourite King pic.
And since your going to be bringing this look back in a few weeks I think its justifiably posted !
-
LOOK at King here! (1999 Nationals second guy in)
now THAT'S what im talking about!
-
mon_of_steele: Training has not changed.. I always lift heavy but now that I'm 4 weeks out I play it smart and do alot more drop sets. I cranked out 8 reps with the 170's on flat bench dumbbell presses tonight but went right down to 55 to 40 on dumbbell flys.
michael arvilla: Those days are gone brother... I gave them that look at the NY Pro last year and I was told by the head judge I had NO FULLNESS. I know what they want and they will get it. IN the next 2 weeks you will see that "crazy" conditioning coming back.. The key is to keep the freaky size.
BigAnt: Ahmen!
QuakerOats: Crisp like 2001 but with 18 pounds of added muscle.
flexingtonsteele & michael arvilla: Ahhhhhh.. The good old days. We went to Planet Hollywood that night and I got drunk off my ass!
-

Chic looked pretty good in that video too :)

Yo Kingm post some updated pics if you have time.

Munzer and Benaziza got beyond close...not worth it

But they looked amazing! jk ( kinda )
They went a little overboard with it, but had the right idea.
-
NOOOOOOOOO!
not an "affliction-shirt" bro..................... .....why?
what's next a "tap-out" shirt
-
do you train your forearms king
or do you like to accentuate the dif between your upper an lower arms
-
Yo King, looking good man! When are you coming out with a new DVD?
-
Whats funny is people are saying, King ruined his physique by chasing size and then saying, Oh King why did you do that? why are you trying to get bigger? King's finished and all that bullshit...
(A) King didn't ruin his physique, he is an IFBB professional this is his job to bring it on show day and thats what he does. In the proccess he tries many things to see what formula works, WE ALL DO, its just human to do so, its a learning game!
(B) How can any IFBB pro not try to play the size game when that is what the judges keep rewarding at all the shows, especially the big daddy of bodybuilding shows, (The O).
(C) When have any of you ever thought to yourself, "Oh OK, I think I'm big enough, I think I'll stop training hard or stop taking whatever I'm taking, I don't need to get any bigger?" I'm willing to bet never because thats the kind of mentality that bodybuilders have, no matter what, we are never big enough. So I would imagine its ten times harder for the pros to not want to get bigger. And Imagine how much more motivitating it is when you have supplement contracts, when you have magazine showings, guest posings, and then stepping on stage with the best of the best, damn right you're gonna wanna play the size game and get bigger, you wanna put that WOW effect into the people you step on stage in front of!
King said it himself, those days of the 99 nationals are gone, thats not what fills seats at the O and the Arnold, thats not what sells magazines today, You gotta look like the computer generated Incredible Hulk (not the one from the 70's TV show), the trick is, like King said, to have that SCARY-ASS size and come in FREAKY shredded, THATS WHAT WILL TURN HEADS. Coming in smaller and SUPER shredded is just not enough!
King knows whats up and what the judges want, he made it this far, not just by turning into an IFBB pro which is hard as is, but being a RECOGNIZED one that gets people talking about him. He made the top 10 in the Olympia in HIS FIRST YEAR AS A PRO, people forget that!!!
And because he tried something new, people are saying he's finished???? What a load of shit!!
All I gotta say is Keep doing what you're doing King!!! Your day will come!
-
NOOOOOOOOO!
not an "affliction-shirt" bro..................... .....why?
what's next a "tap-out" shirt
Yo look arvilla, King can wear whatever shirt King wants to. I am betting he was being paid to stand their and signed autographs at the Affliction table to get more attention to the brand.
