For those who do, I’m curious how people coordinate the timing of amino acid intake.
It’s been mentioned on here that certain aminos almost “cancel out” the effects of others when taken together.
I also understand that some aminos yield similar results – i.e. Arginine promotes GH production, as do the BCAA’s.
So, what do you take, and when?

I usually take about 6 scoops of Xtend about 45 minutes prior to working out and then 2 scoops immediately after with my PWO shake, slin, creatine etc.

I’m just trying to research and coordinate amino timing to maximize effectiveness.
Right now I’m thinking of:
20 liver tabs taken with breakfast,
another 20 with lunch,
5g BCAA’s 30 min. pre-w.o.,
another 5g w/ carbs post-w.o.,
and about 3g Arginine before bed for GH release.

I take my amino's pre and post workout. I found great results from switching to BCAA's along with my creatine and glutamine. during the day its just from whole food and protein shakes

Until now, I’ve been relying on my whey shakes for BCAA’s, but after some research, I honestly don’t believe it is sufficient – especially since I don’t always drink the same number of shakes daily (some days I don’t consume any).
Sounds as if Leucine is about the best overall for building muscle.
That’s why I’m sandwiching my workout between two servings of it - similar to your method.

I’ve thought of starting BCAA consumption w/ carb drink about half way into workout.
Would prefer to use WM in lieu of dextrose or malto.
So what’s the “rule” for mixing BCAA’s with waxy so as to maintain a sufficient absorption rate?
Is it something like a 4:1 ratio of WM:BCAA?
Supposedly, BCAA’s dramatically slow WM’s absorption time.

That's what I was just about to mention. It would be better to avoid using them with WM if possible. So if you are taking your WM PWO then wait on taking in BCAA's for about 30 minutes after you drink your WM.

just follow 4:1 rule , look that wms is 75% of mix ,BCAAs don't slow WMS , WMS if its at least 75% of mix will help bypass stomach and get BCAAs faster to blood

No, start from the beginning.
You need the BCAA and WM during WO, it will give you much more power.
Try it,, you will never want to train without BCAA and simple carbs during WO again.

I’ve read that BCAA’s are most beneficial taken approx. 30 min. prior to training, and again immediately after.
Taking them w/ fast acting carbs during the WO would seem to cover both windows.

I would take them before WO nevertheless but PWO, a protein shake is sufficient if you have BCAA during WO.

Agreed, I drink my BCAA while training. If there is any left, I dump into my post workout shake of Whey and Waxy Maize
