Title: Can Will Harris and Tarek Elsetouhi both qualify for 2008 Olympia too ?

Because Toney Freeman & Dennis James already qualified for Olympia at Tampa Pro ,so Will Harris (4th at Europa )and Tarek Elsetouhi (5th)both qualify for Olympia too ?

if the top 3 are already qualified, 4th place is extended another qualification
