hahah, well, you know what I mean. Amautuer, professional, ... all the same it would be interesting to hear about.
I know Vinnie is a super nice guy, when i first got into body building a few years back i used to talk to him on intanst messager an he would give free advice.
The man is a "bodybuilder", please give him the stars. I approve it

Maybe you can give him pro stars when you moderate the time out board
