Title: Quick update on "Dov"

Hey guys, I've been pretty busy this week with work and have'nt had a chance to post at all since the GB III results. I plan to give my full reaction to the contest, discuss my placing(prize $$, trip), and answer any questions anyone may have this weekend. I'm gonna take tonight to read all of the threads concerning the contest so I can get caught up! I'm also gonna call "Mindspin" this weekend to set up the trip to Calif...Thanks to all who were very supportive of me even back in May when I first posted my "before" pics!! Also, thanks to all who gave me soooo much shite! I'll catch up with everyone, hopefully, by Sunday. Hasta 8)

You really showed some great discipline there, with your diet and cardio. I'm trying to lean out myself and it's not easy.

...I agree not easy at all. A person has to respect the discipline it takes to get that lean.
