Title: who here eats less than 1000 calories when they diet?

I eat 1000 calories a meal ;D

I have somefriends who drop 5 pounds a week eating that much :o
believe it or not, maybe they're genetic freaks
all they eat is a 2 shakes, 2 tuna cans, 2 table spoons of peanut butter
one of them has got down to 4.5%

Ofcourse they drop alot of weight, Alot of it is muscle also, if thery are not on a big cycle.

not really, their muscles get flat but when they carb up, it's back and the they don't even lose any strenght :o
