Also make sure you're in for the responsibilities of this job cause it will take a lot of your time.............That means precious time away from the fam, gym, jerking off, surfing for porn,ect ect....."Reminder to all" you might be asked to work holidays and weekends if necessary, so please keep that in mind when applying for this position.
Bottom line......We need someone thats in it for the long haul and is gonna bring some game to this terrific palace of love called the Y.

You don't want someone who will delete posts, threads, etc... simply because they disagree with someone. You also don't want someone to jump to conclusions, such as "this member is a gimmick" simply because they're new.

My impression certainly was yes at the time, but I may have been wrong; you may be objective enough to have not done that, and may have just been giving me a hard time for amusement.

If Chaos or SSSG isn't available or another Y regular with previous experience like Rude or BF can't do it, I'd be willing to remove bad posts. By bad I mean kiddie porn or something like that. 95% of people can be wrong and you may be deleting a member who is genuinely an all new member. That is not in the interest of Getbig, to delete new members it has earned. You can't just go off of what everyone thinks, you have to question the basis of the assumption, then not assume guilty until it is proven, 100%, and absolute.

I think it would be best to have a mod that doesn't have personal vendettas against other guys or have the habit of calling every new poster a gimmick. Based on that, Calvin or Master Blaster would be good choices.

I actually think he had nearly everything right, and science is proving it more and more through time. It's funny how "right" he's turning out to be. So, good call on that. I can see where your mum gets it. ;)
Oh, and I want to congratulate you on some encouraging progress. I've noticed a lot more positive posts coming from you the last day throughout the forum.
