OF course it's true. Are you stupid or something?
All public and private statements from IFBB pros regarding weight, body fat percentage, and amount of drugs used are 100% FACT.

If he was 0% bodayfat, he wouldn't be able to walk or move his joints at all. Then of course, he would be dead
-
Actually his body fat was really -3.152874365% but to make it fair to the other competitors they called it 0.0%
-
According to Jim Quinn.....
;)

If you know anything at all about the human anatomy if you had ZERO bodyfat your body would stop functioning.
I learned this is High School, so unless you aren't in high school, go read some books.
-
He needed the zero bodyfat level to allow him to fight the ninjas.

maybe it was his lack of fat that got his arse kicked by the ninja's..as a result he couldn't compete in the show

Actually, this is one of those that just has to get regenerated about once or twice per year. It's a getbig classic.

No. The minimum that one can go without organ failure sets in is 4% for most people, or 2% for the truly genetically ectomorphic. 0% is phyiologically imposible for Humans.
SUCKMYMUSCLE

Billy Smith can verify it. Skyndex calipers. 100% reliable.

flex had a near death experience when he was that low in bodyfat.

This and the Mike Tyson-Chris Cormier incident are usually regularly regenerated a couple of times per year on getbig.
-
Yeah, totally ridiculous.
Mind you - 5% bf on a 265 bodybuilder is still like 13 pounds of fat.
There needs to be fat cells around intestines and other organs for them to function normally.
Fat also keeps the body warm. I observed that when I get lean I feel much colder in winter than when I am a bit softer.

Goodrum hovers at about 1 percent.

It should be mentioned that...Jim Quinn said that they did a skin fold measurement which showed 0.0% bodyfat on Flex Wheeler at the Gold's in Venice one week before the 93 Mr. Olympia. He also said Flex was the only bodybuilder to ever do that.
;D
-
0.0% is very impressive!
-

;D
It was Billy Smith who took the measurement.
-
he wouldve had to have a skinfold of less than 6 mm, from 4 sites
athletes rarely go below 30. I suppose 10-15 might be possible... but that's not 0% fat then...
-
I remember from school that the minimum is 3% because the human body must have some fat surrounding the supra-renal glandula or something.
-
Natural freak
LOL.
