Title: Pain where calf inserts into back of knee

Spent most of the day walking in snow around Toronto, and now there is this pain.  It has gone away, but yesterday, when doing calves, it fired back up.  Anyone had something like this before?

Sounds like a strain. I would just rest it up a little and it should recover?
