Are you sure you want to go a whole week? I like to fast for a day or two every couple months. Helps me regain focus & such.

Are you going to only take in water? No herbal cleansers or anything? Just curious...always looking for new avenues to explore.

I hope you're talking about apple cider vinegar.

Drink plenty of water. You may want to throw in some organic green tea.

I also like to start my fast with some charcoal tablets too.

I have did it 7 days.the first 48 hours are the worst.I also know a girl that did it for religious reasons for 30 days on fiber multivitamin and she drank some broth for sodium.I gotta tell you it's mostly mental.
