Anyone Pls. Suggest a Workout Program for a QUICK MASS. Iv'e been doing the PUSH PULL LEGS for the last 6 Months. Is there a Program That will make you a Monster in A QUICK TIME. ;D ;D ;D

If you're training naturally there is no such thing as "quick" mass.
 That is unless you plan to get fat fast.

normal bodybuilding routine, full reps, good form nice contractions, plenty food and good drugs,,,,,,,sorted  !!

Try Max-OT... I started it two months ago and seem to progress well.

agreed, very good program, nothing more than a few sets in the 4-6 rep range, when 6 is too easy add weight, when 4 is too hard lighten the weight a little.

Squat three times a week.  Drink a gallon of milk a day.

Agree, I've gained the most muscle training Max-OT style.
