lol. BMI means fuck all anyways. It's the visceral adiposity that affects your health more. BMI gives no indication of that

yep,

Well trying to get back some muscle and cutting some fat at the same time, probably muscle memory can help a bit,
its my 2.5 week back in the gym now andfter a 3.5 month layoff,

about 5-6 weeks more and I think I will look good again.
