how much is that?

Depends on the sport, and the hard and often u train. It's said that if u train every 24h it makes bigger deposit. In all muscles, good sportman maybe have around 300gr of glycogen. 10kg of muscle is a realistic number. So 30gr per kg. Make sense?

Let's think about chicken, it use to be 20%prot, 1-2%carb, 1%fat, and water. So, 1kg is 200gr protein, 10-20 carb, 10gr fat, and almost 800gr water. So, I think it's around this...
