Damn, this neighborhood is going to the shits. For sales signs, abandoned homes, squatters, tags, no trespass notices, etc..

2.  CRA
3.  ARM loans
4.  "no deposit" "no money down" required purchases
5.  Cheap gas prices at the time these homes were built.
6.  Reckless borrowers
7.  Reckless banks
