Name your favorite exercise for calves and do you prefer low, medium or high reps for calf training??? Thanks in advance.

leg press calf raises and seated calf raises. vary reps low/high

Do reps from 10-50 at various times.
Calves are a muscle group that adapt very quickly to a set pattern of training.

Agree with you!!! I love toe presses on the leg press.
Just did 5 sets of them last night......20-25 reps. Nice full pump!!!!
