Anyone see that Twilight Zone where he was a pool cleaner who kept getting shot and then waking up on the same morning and getting shot all over again?

Dunno, I watched it on the now defunct Tv links site. It's called 'the pool guy'

I think it was a story about a cheating wife and she cheats on here husband with the pool guy. Husband comes home and shoots him, but the only thing. The scenario plays over and over and the pool guy tries to change the scenario the best way he can. The only thing is that there's no way in hell.

In the dream it's the husband who shoots him everytime. In the real world he shot the husband and his punishment is to be hooked up to a machine that keeps on giving him this nightmare. It's actually a pretty cool little episode. He keeps turning up in the dream and saying 'wake up' and shooting him  ;D

When Lou made the Pool Guy the writers told him to pick a first name for his character.  He picked Richie in honor of Richie Valens; the role that took him to the next level.
