Do you agree with the re writing of "the gunslinger" by a post accident stephen king....?

personally i own 1 original copy of the gunslinger (the second got stolen >:( )......you cant buy the original anymore...and the second toned down version simply stinks...

<question : why is this not on the general?

i started at 15 and by 18 i had dropped out.....i have no patience for college professors >:(
