I don't think I have ever seen C Ross and S Reeves or Grimek did one....although there exists a really good one of an early Dan Lurie.

It used to be known as the 'trap over' pose (ok I'm getting old, lol), and quite a few did it back in the 'olden days'. The first modern guy to popularize it was Harold Poole. He owned it for several years- at least til Sergio came along. I still think Sergio owns it.

not trying to be funny, but it is exactly that pose that gave bodybuilding it's perverted connotation. to an outsider at first glance it seems that something else is being done here not a most muscular pose.
