Title: Holding Water After Show
Post by: NEOFARQ on May 12, 2009, 02:26:49 PM: Had a show on saturday, used abouyt 8-10 Hydrochlorothiazide, between thursday night and saturday night. Ate and drank a shitload the following 2 days after. Legs look like I'm prego!! How do I get this shit to go away or do I just have to wait it out. The last day I've been eating pretty normal and not drinking a shitload of water, but the condition still persists.

drink a lot of water and keep your carbs down for a few days bro

Relief finally!!! Goin in next week for a routine check up and some bloodwork!! Givin my body 3-4 weeks to clean out then it's back on again for the SF and Sac. in fall!!
