Just about every woman I've talked to who've had implants initialy have developed pain in their lower back.there's a reason for this.When girls go through puberty their bodies naturally adjust to the extra weight that they have to carry up front. When they get implants the body has to suddenly deal with the extra weight that throws the natural spinal curve out of balance.The best remedy for this is weight training, to develop and strengthen those back muscles to minimize the pain and discomfort that may be felt.
