What stupid advice were you given when you 1st started training be it eating advice training advice....w hether you asked for it or not..
mine was drink a gallon of milk a day.. training tips were endless change hand positions every set on bench. do db curls on your knees so you dont cheat...

your right they all have ''tendonitis'' and they are in two much pain to train

I knew guys who drank a gallon a milk a day the whole off season and summer before football in high school.
I think I tried to get a half gallon in a day....but you can get away with that sort of thing alot easier as a 17 year old.

I tell drunk rednecks up here all the time all I use is a 'bowflex ultimate' and they believe it everytime ::)

- you have to quit drinking
- you have to do cardio to get lean
- solid food is better than shakes
- high GI foods will make you fat
- saturated fat will make you fat
- you have to watch your sodium intake

i once asked the reception clerk(my first gym had no trainers) what foods should i eat to gain some muscle and the first thing he mentioned was lots of letuce.........he was literally talking out of his ass
