It makes me laugh when a twink quotes guys like Cutler and claim they don't do front laterals or presses because their shoulders get enough work during bench presses. WTF? With that logic I presume they'd never touch triceps, back or anything else as well.

I love the one's where guys say they have bad knees so they can't squat, yet they will do leg extensions as heavy as they can. "Bad knees" my ass.

Those are the guys who usually "blew their knee out in football" You ask them where they played (assuming college) and they say
"No, JV football in 8th grade...." ::)

Spot on - if you have bad knees extensions hurt worse than squats ;D
