who eats them? should i stay away from them while trying to shed bodyfat? i can't stop eating them..they are like crack to me...

If you can't stop eating them you shouldn't be eating them while trying to shed bf imo. Pretty sure they have a high sugar content too.
They bloat me like crazy...probably because I also can't stop eating them once I start.

freeze them, this will help keep your portions smaller.

better yet, squish them, ferment the juice and drink it couple months later with a nice steak.

I like grapes but I can't say that they are a regular part of my diet.
Pre-contest I never have them.
Off-season I have them every now and then, but definitely can't say they are a daily thing.
A lot of sugar for sure - but they sure taste good!
On the flip side My wife was dieting recently and I had them in her diet for most of the time and she lost about 30 lbs.
