Title: Bench for reps

I just did a RAW bench meet for reps. I did the most reps at 165# for 40 reps.  Not bad for 42 years old.  It was fun.  Nice burn.  I just found out about this type of meet 1 week ago.

most of us here do 225 for at least 40 reps...

Really big guys did between 12 and 26 reps. Guys over 200.  I quess they arn't from getbig.  I should lie and say 100 reps. :)   Thanks bro.

We have one guy who can deadlift 225 for 112 reps! :o

How much do you weigh?
165# at 5'4, but I stay lean year round as a trainer. You had to lift your body weight. 1rep max at a meet is 350.
