Has anybody used the Anabolic Diet? Most importantly used it while bulking? It seems real good on paper and I have abuddy at the gym who does it and he stays pretty shredded year round......
Basic Premise of the diet is M-F diet is comprised of 45% fats, 50% Protein and 5% Carbs (most say stay under 30 g. a day) Weekend diet is comprised of 24-48 hrs. of 10-15% fats, 60-70% carbs and 15-20% protein.
Anybody ever used this with any success?
I'm currently in my off season and looking to put on around 10 lbs. of muscle whilst still staying lean.....

Look a few threads down. There are a couple here.
For me a couple things happened. I shit a lot. I feel leaner but strength is still great. I have no appetite. Eating straight protein and fatty foods gets old fast. Now I just don't care to eat but force myself to. Even with carb days I eat carbs then want to sleep all day. lol. but damn I feel pumped by mid week.

Pretty much what happens. Those diets work great but you tend to tire of them even though its good tasting food to eat.
