Hello,
Today I calculated all the food. My goal is to gain weight 8kg arround 17 Lbs.
So.
Average calories consumed : 4'098
Average fat : 56g
saturated fat:15g
Average Carbs : 610g
Average protein : 290g
So I train 4 times a week.
What do you think ?

A few tips
Eat small meals every 3 hours.
Train every day you can ( 7 days / week if possible )
Supplement you diet with some BCAAs ( powder form only )
Try to get 20 grams of Amminos / day.
