Which is the better post workout carb?? Is there much of a difference??

Yeah but u can't buy Gatoraide powder at $12 for 10 pounds..

I prefer waxy because it doesn’t mess with insulin levels or cause any bloat.
I also like its ability to act as a carrier.
I like mixing 5 g of BCAA’s with about 60-70 g of WM in 20 oz. of water.
I start drinking it as soon as I arrive at the gym, and I sip it throughout my workout.
It helps a great deal with “pump,” but more importantly, it helps feed the muscles ASAP.

i tried Wazy Maize, Maltodextrin, and even straight up food like Cheerios, post work out.
But still in my opinion nothing is better than dextrose for carbs post work out.

dextrose is the fastest digesting carb out of the widely available and affordable carbs..i think karbolyn and vitargo are faster but im not sure on that.. dextrose is as cheap as carbs get, tastes the best (sweetest), and digests fastest.
dextrose hands down, IMO.
(for those who dont like overwhelkming sweet taste, try 50/50 dextrose maltodextrin)

I'm gonna have to agree, i use to use karbolyn, but stopped using it and i'll have to say unless someone wants to give it to me free it's just not worth the money. Dextrose would be my choice as well.

Plus Dextrose is cheap. Go to your local brewer's supply store. Buy it by the pound.
