I weigh my veggies, but only to make sure I'm getting the 300g (or whatever I may be aiming for at that meal) minimum.

If I'm cooking a stirfry I measure out the 300g in greens, then keep adding things like onions, capsicum, mushroom etc. I weigh just to make sure I get at least 'x' amount of the good stuff.

ahaa that makes sense.

I just take 1 plate and fill it with as much as possible and then add some more :D
