Thanks.
Unfortunately not much we can do about the gyno now, but he is scheduled to have it removed after the show.

Good thing is that once he gets a pump in the chest(no pump in the pic) its not so noticeable.

He's only been training since March 06? How long did he train naturally before hopping on the hormones? What's his stack like?

Yes

Little over a year i think.

Just the basics, nothing fancy. No peptides.

Thanks for your honesty.

Solid proof that if you want to build big muscles while having low body fat, "natural" bodybuilding is a waste of time.

Your friend looks great minus the gyno, but he could use bigger legs. Chain him to a squat rack!  :P

I agree.

I think he needs mass on the calves & hams, quads are in good proportion to upper body.
But he needs to fill out in general!
He is about 6 feet (slightly under) and 226 in these shots.
Our plan is to take it slow from now on, he will take a good long rest after the show and just train/eat for quality..the mass will come with time.

whats his long term goal in bodybuilding?

He would like to be able to compete with the top amaturs in EU in the future.
Doesnt really have pro aspirations.

He has his work and would like to keep BB as a hobby.

Thanks.

The diet i made for him is high protein, medium carbs and low fat.
This guy donīt look so good on those zero carb diets.

He does 50 min. in the morning and 50 more after weights.
Did 20 min. during offseason and we just increased it slowly during diet.

That's ALOT of cardio!! is that really neccesary?
Doing it in the offseason might reduce the efficiency of it for the dieting phase, just a thought.

Only the last few weeks has it been on 2 x 50 min.
Now we will taper down towards the show.

I basically gave him the choice of less cardio and less food or more cardio and more food..he chose the latter  :)
He feels he has more energy this way.

I also highly approve of cardio in the offseason and staying in decent shape.

Yes, it's a good idea to stay in shape, but every day in the offseason? your already in 2nd gear when u start a diet then.

Minus the gyno in the first pic, I thought he had some good potential. Then the next pic(s) of him turned around made me reconsider...
He looks good for the amount of time he's been training, but he's also a complete idiot for jumping on the gas that quickly.

Well, he was 3rd this saturday in the -100kg class, competing against veterans with many competitions behind them.
The winner in that class went on to take overall.

He was happy going from junior to the real thing and still being able to take a medal.

I didnīt get the pics yet from the photographer that took pics during the night, but i found this on the net.
He is the one at the right.

Question:  if the gland is removed, can't gyno still return?  BTW, I have pea-sized one on one side only of my chest from taking American Cellular Labs Tren Exteme for a month, for anyone who cares to know.
