that might be the case if you are not using hormones, but if your on, you really dont have to worry about losing much muscle.

You're right...being on AAS with a solid diet and you will burn fat, not muscle.
The stuff people tend to believe about T-3 is highly blown out of proportion. Yes, you can damage your thyroid but to do so would take some serious abuse.

i agree, highly exaggerated..........ste roids were created for this very reason.......to prevent muscle wasting.....i.e. protein sparing drugs
and as for how scared people are of t3, its quite ridiculous.........they dont realize that pros have been known to use hundreds of micrograms a day for years and years on end.

Good diet and some caffeine and ephedrine will do the trick.

any diet will do that if the dieter isnt using common sense...no reason why t3 would burn muscle

eca and clen- body gets used to it quickly and it stops working... also, not as effective as the other two options
gh- works good, builds muscle at the same time, helps skin and sleep too, but way too expensive to use for fat loss only..
t3- cheap safe effective never stops working

theres no need to "taper up", however since youve never used t3 befor,e its a good idea t start low doseage, about 50mcg, and work your way up to a higher doseages from there. increasing by 25mcg every 3-4 days untill you get to a level your comfortable at. (taking into consideration side effects and fast loss/muscle gain(or loss))..... most people fin 75-150mcg per day as a good dose... but some go lower and some go higher

I'll second that. Good diet and clen never hurt anyone.
That said, clen with t-3 is tough to beat in terms of all out fat loss...with good diet of course (that's for the retards who don't get it)
HGH as Tbomz has mentioned is great for fat loss and conditioning but in terms of "how fast" it's not the winner. In terms of truly shifting body composition though, it wins hands down...it just needs to be run for very long periods for this to work and work well. You need a lot of paper rout money on hand.
