How in holy god do you need this amount of volume?
Inefficient and no long term success from this imo.
good luck anyhow

Instead of using 30 lbs on each exercise for 10 sets, use a real man's weight and do less volume. Maybe then you wouldn't be such a pussy and failure at life.

it was only a one off, dont think id be following such a routine week in week out
my normal routine is something like 3 sets each of squat, fr squats, jump squats, lunges an some hamstring work, its just once every 3 weeks or at the end of each month i do something different and on taht particular week i chose to do 10 x 10 on every exercise. The chest workout was easily the toughest.
just try something like it once in awhile - the high volume did become a tad boring as the workout progressed but the pump was full and enduring

Relax, man, I was just busting your balls. ;D I--and I think most of the guys on here--definitely advocate mixing rep schemes up fairly frequently (= at least every two months) in order to trick the body. If what you're doing is giving you gains in strength, then keep doing it until the results are so infinitesimal that they don't matter. Good luck.
