What orginally was going to be a nutrition-focused DVD (may still happen), for now is a free cooking series for those that may be interested. It's titled Cooking with Christina.

hello!
i watched the videos where your wife adds the corn and peas into your chicken
why dont u just eat more chicken instead of drinking the egg whites with ya meals?
also why do eat corn with your meals? why not brown rice?

I change things up frequently, but have been eating corn vs rice due to a food allergy test I had done. It seems I had a minor intolerance to rice. I often supplement with the egg whites with my chicken simply to get protein from multiiple sources...eating the exact same thing day-in and day-out is probably not ideal from a health/nutrition standpoint.
