Title: When will these godamn brazillians...
Post by: Captain Equipoise on September 08, 2009, 03:23:14 PM
Learn some fucking english ?!?!? I'm so sick and tired of watching these guys babble on in portugese to a translator, speak english or die!@!  anyone else agree?  or at least they should just ask the translator the question and have him answer without letting the fighter speak on the mic if they don't know english.
Instead we hear the interviewer ask the guy the question, then the translator translate it to the fighter, wait a few moments, hear the fighter babble in portugese and then hear the translator answer again in english...retarded.

Shogun sounded pretty funny in his latest sherdog video interview, in reference to his upcoming fight with Machida he said something like, "all I do, all the day, is three thing, eaty, sleepy and trainy".

they are fighters, not language teachers.... They are paid to put people down with punches ... I cant understand why they 'should' speak english 'or die' as you said....

If they have to talk to the mic when nobody is understanding than it looks to me more of a organization problem than the fighter´s fault...
