Would anyone who sprints for cardio, please post up a sample sprint routine for fat loss. Keep in mind that I have done very little cardio in the last year and I am about 20 pounds over weight. Thanks in advance!

I don’t sprint personally, but I presume you’re looking to do some type of interval protocol with the them?
How about “Tabata Sprints?”
You’d follow the “20 sec. max output / 10 sec. rest” cycle repeated 8 times, but a bit of variety can always be added – hills, stairs, sand, bleachers, a weighted vest… anything you have access to, really.
