So about a week ago I was at a gym i'm not used to, i try out this stupid nautilus squat machine, where there are pads that come from the front onto your shoulders (like a calf raise) and as im going down, keeping my head up, butt out, chest out blah blah blah (good form) i get this HORRIBLE twinge and spasm in my back, and its been like this for the past week, sometimes i can't even walk standing straight, headed to the doctors soon but anyone have any idea what it could be!?, it feels around the thoracic curve of my spine, but backpain is pretty misleading

cut your dbol dosage in half.

You can either wait it out, go to a Chiro, or go to your GP and get a referral to an Ortho who will take X-rays and tell you what's going on.
Could be just a strain, or it could be a lot worse. Back pain has an "insidious" effect in that by the time the pain manifests itself to you, the damage has already been done.
Get it checked.

Some squat machines are poorly designed and hit entirely the wrong areas like lower back and/or knees. With any new machine, if you're attentive during the warmup and early sets at less than max. weight you can get a good idea of how it's hitting you and stop using it before getting in to the meat of the heavy sets that can cause problems.
No way to know what it is, too many possibilities. Only rest and some stretching will tell you if it's gonna go away on it's own. Can take a week or even two to completely go away even if it's not serious.

get a inversion table, and decompress your spine.

Take it from someone who has dealt with serious and paralyzing back issues since he was 15. Take care of it immediately. MRI is probably a good idea. Be weary of surgery but don't count it out altogether if it comes down to that-seek physical therapy first.

large doses of tren aparently causes lower back stiffness
